When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, event type, number of guests, date window, and any details you include in your message. We do not ask for more than we need to respond to your request.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about your event, and, if you proceed, to prepare a proposal and plan and coordinate your event. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and, where relevant, the steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months if it does not lead to an engagement. If you become a client, we keep relevant data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and to meet legal obligations such as tax administration.

Who has access to your data

Your data may be processed on our behalf by service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, including our hosting and email provider TransIP (Netherlands) and our website contact-form software. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for marketing.
